CALL & MEETING RECORDINGS

My VA Rivera uses AI transcription tools (such as Fireflies.ai) that may record, transcribe, or summarize consultation and onboarding calls. This constitutes collection of your voice, name, and information shared verbally, used solely for internal business purposes. To opt out of recording, notify us before your scheduled call.

We may receive information from third-party platforms (e.g., Google, social media) when you interact with us through those channels, subject to their own privacy policies.
