How I schedule your session (behind the scenes)
From our BlueNotary dashboard we click New Session → RON → Schedule for Later, enter your details, upload and pre-tag your document (placing all signature, date, and notary seal fields), then send you a personalized invitation link. You don't have to navigate anything, we handle the setup and send everything directly to your inbox.
The Process
How Booking Works: Step by Step
We handle the session setup on my end through BlueNotary. Once everything is ready, you receive a direct invitation link. No account needed until you click the link.
Contact Us to Schedule
Email us or use the contact form to request a session. Tell us your document type and preferred date/time. Have your PDF document ready.
Receive Your Invite
We create your session in BlueNotary, pre-tag your document, and send you a personalized invitation link directly to your email.
Verify Your Identity
Click your invite link, then complete KBA (5 personal security questions) plus a government-issued photo ID scan and facial recognition.
Sign Live & Receive
We meet on secure video. You sign electronically, we apply our digital notary seal. Your completed document is delivered instantly.

As a New Jersey-commissioned notary, we can perform Remote Online Notarization (RON) for signers located in any state that has enacted RON legislation, currently 45 states plus the District of Columbia.
Documents notarized online in one state are legally recognized and accepted in all other states under the Full Faith and Credit Clause. Your document will be valid wherever you need it.
